Shipping policy

1. Dispatch Time:

○ Products are dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of full payment.

2. Delivery Schedule:

○ Delivery is made from Monday to Thursday during working hours. Deliveries are not made on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, holiday eves, and holiday

3. Courier and Packaging:

4. Delivery Address:

○ Products are delivered to the addressee specified by the customer at the time of purchase. Self-collection is not possible.

5. Product Inspection and Right to Withdraw:

○ The addressee must ensure that the delivered products comply with the ordered quantity and description. If the delivered products differ from the order, the customer has the right to withdraw.

6. Transport Costs:

○ Transport costs are calculated based on the weight of the goods or weight/volume ratio and the place of product delivery. The costs are determined by agreements with the courier.

7. Package Tampering:

○ Customers are advised to carefully inspect the package before signing for the delivery. If the box appears tampered with, they can sign with reservations or refuse the package.

8. Failed Delivery and Return Costs:

○ If the package is not successfully delivered due to the client's lack of cooperation (e.g., wrong telephone number, wrong address, non-compliance with import regulations), the package may be sent back at the client's expense.

9. Insurance:

○ Shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the client. However, once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.
